Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate completion of all end-of-day reports and activities
- Perform front desk duties such as check-ins, check-outs, and answering guest inquiries
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized lobby area
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Must pass a background check
