Job Description
The Position:
Remodeling Helper / Apprentice
Function:
The helper role will assist the lead installation tech with the following tasks:
Protect the Home
Setup cut station / equipment
Keep work areas clean (inside and outside)
Haul debris out of home
Empty debris into dumpster
Assist with carrying
Assist installer with any needs for tools, materials and supplies
Traits:
The successful candidate will desire learning and developing their skills to grow into a lead installer position in the future. Will also have the following traits:
· Ability to arrive early at the clients and stay until the job has been done right (to the customer’s satisfaction).
· Ability to focus on quality, paying attention to the small details of remodeling jobs
· Clean cut, neat, dress appropriately, and have good personal habits.
· A desire to learn new installation techniques, designed to increase the value of our remodels to clients, and increase our efficiency
Assist with receiving materials and stocking in the warehouse
Compensation:
Negotiable based on experience and training. Starting wage for helpers is typically $18 / hour.
Location:
Our showroom and warehouse are located in Sioux Falls. Job assignments will be anywhere within approximately 70 miles of Sioux Falls.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday (7:30am - 5:00pm)

Driver's License (Preferred)
