What You'll Do

Be a Key Part of the Job Site Team

• Keep job sites clean, organized, and ready for work each day
• Support carpenters and skilled trades with a variety of construction tasks
• Help ensure projects stay on track by jumping in where needed

Build and Learn

• Assist with framing, walls, roofing, insulation, and general construction work
• Measure, cut, and install materials using hand and power tools
• Gain hands-on experience and develop your constructiion skills

Move Materials and Keep Things Flowing

• Load, unload, and move materials around the site
• Help stage materials and tools for efficiency and productivity

What You'll Need

• 1+ year of construction experience (residential or commercial preferred)
• Basic understanding of construction tools, materials, and methoids
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
• Attention to detail and pride in doing quality work
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and preform physically demanding work

Where You'll Work

You'll be working on active construction sites where no two days are the same. Expect a hands-on environment that may include outdoor weather conditions, noise, dust, heights, and tight spaces. Safety is always a top priority, and proper gear is required at all times.
