HOURS: Full-time or Part-time Internship positions available. Typical hours are evenings between 1pm-11pm, will include weekends and holidays.
SALARY: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour; dependent on experience and qualifications.

- Full-time Positions:
RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide residential care to youth ages 10 to 17 that have a variety of mental health, behavioral, substance abuse and legal issues. Works as part of an interdisciplinary team, conduct groups, supervise youth in community settings, and provide a positive and healthy environment through role modeling.
QUALIFICATIONS: Currently enrolled a college program requiring an internship. The residential counselor position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral or social science field OR 48 credit hours of post-secondary education and a minimum of 1-year experience working with children; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. The residential worker position requires a high school diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 21 years old and able to complete orientation training according to agency program standards.
- Requires active auto-insurance, a valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain one with approved driver status.
Must successfully complete all agency background checks, which include checks for criminal convictions, behavior harmful towards children, spousal abuse, and drug or sex crimes.
