What You’ll Do
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing front- and back-of-house team
Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional service, quality, and consistency
Manage scheduling, training, and performance coaching
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards
Monitor inventory, costs, and budgets to drive profitability
Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care
