RETAIL GIFT SHOP ASSISTANT MANAGER

Sky Gifts is seeking a Retail Gift Shop Assistant Manager for our new gift shop, located in Durango-La Plata County Airport, to help drive our success and provide exceptional customer service.

As an Assistant manager at Sky Gifts, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibilities will include leading and motivating a team of associates, ensuring that sales targets are met, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Here's what you’ll get to do:

• Assist in managing day-to-day store operations.
• Supervise and support retail associates.
• Provide outstanding customer service to travelers.
• Monitor inventory and restocking.
• Handle transactions and daily financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with airport and company policies.

• 1–2 years of retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.

Here’s what we offer:

• Competitive compensation of $55,000 - $65,000, based on experience.
