Position Summary
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, leading a team of service and sales professionals, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and a commitment to maintaining the high standards that Graham Tire customers expect.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop store team members to achieve performance goals
Oversee daily store operations including sales, service, inventory, and customer relations
Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
Drive store sales and profitability through effective leadership and operational management
Maintain proper inventory levels of tires, parts, and related products
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and industry standards
Manage scheduling, staffing, and employee performance reviews
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
Work closely with regional leadership to achieve company objectives
Qualifications
Previous management experience in retail, automotive service, or related industry preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Sales and customer service experience required
Mechanical or automotive knowledge preferred but not required
Proficiency with basic computer systems and point-of-sale software
Valid driver's license
