LOCATION: BRYANT, SD
WW Tire Service is looking to add a Retread Shop Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retread facility in Bryant, SD. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, a commitment to quality and safety, and experience in tire retreading operations.
Pay: $70,000+ depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise retread facility operations
- Oversee production, scheduling, workflow, and quality assurance
- Assist in the production process and ensure production goals are met
- Maintain production quality and safety standards
- Train, lead, and support retread facility personnel (5-10 employees)
- Monitor inventory levels, order materials, and manage costs
- Maintain production equipment and coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs
Requirements:
- Experience in a retread, commercial tire, or production facility
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with retreading processes
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
