We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Assistant General Manager to support our operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This is your chance to grow with a family-owned restaurant committed to excellence in service and cuisine.
Assistant General Manager Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager with day-to-day restaurant operations

Support and lead Front of House staff, ensuring exceptional service standards

Oversee scheduling, staffing, and training of FOH team members

Maintain operational standards including cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction

Assist in managing budgets, labor costs, and inventory control

Foster a positive team culture and resolve guest concerns efficiently

Contribute to promotional initiatives and ensure smooth execution of special events
Experience & Qualifications

2+ years of restaurant management or leadership experience required

Strong knowledge of front-of-house operations

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, guest-focused environment

Serve Safe Certification is a plus
