The position that we have open is responsible to assess the health status and wellbeing of people supported within our facility. Primary job duties for this role would require you to analyze clinical information by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating conditions.
Other tasks Nurses complete include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provides respiratory care/support
- Interprets lab values and data
- Documents medical records electronically
- Educates/teaches staff, families, patients, students, and persons supported
- Promotes health and safety
- Provides guidance to Direct Care staff
- Completes a variety of other exciting tasks
