Mighty Auto Parts is a leading distributor of automotive preventative maintenance products, serving professional repair facilities throughout South Dakota and Nebraska. We partner with automotive repair shops by managing their inventory of filters, fluids, shop supplies, batteries, and other maintenance products so they can focus on servicing their customers.

We are seeking a full-time Route Delivery & Inventory Specialist to take over an established customer route. This position combines route delivery, inventory management, warehouse responsibilities, and customer service. If you enjoy working independently, building relationships, staying organized, and taking pride in providing exceptional service, we'd like to meet you.

Schedule & Travel

  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • No weekends
  • Overnight travel approximately twice per month (one night each trip)
  • All travel expenses are paid by the company

Because this position operates a commercial vehicle across state lines, applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and obtain a valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.

What You'll Do

  • Manage inventory at customer locations
  • Pick, verify, and load customer orders
  • Deliver and stock products at automotive repair facilities
  • Rotate inventory and maintain proper stock levels
  • Assist with warehouse operations as needed
  • Manage an established delivery route efficiently
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service and grow sales
  • Recommend process improvements that increase efficiency
