Job Description
Borns Group, a leading printing, mailing, and marketing company, is seeking a Route Driver to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that mail and packages are transported efficiently, safely, and on time to various destinations. The Route Driver will also provide excellent customer service, maintain accurate records, and play a key role in supporting our logistics operations.
Location: Borns Group – Aberdeen, SD
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM | Full-Time
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour | ~40 hours per week
Key Duties:
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up mail and packages
- Load, unload, and handle goods with proper lifting techniques
- Ensure on-time deliveries while following company policies and traffic laws
- Maintain delivery logs and shipment documentation accurately
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve delivery issues promptly
- Operate a box truck for evening mail deliveries to the Post Office
