Join our growing RTI/Pro Control Technical Support Team in Minneapolis! We're looking for experienced A/V professionals ready to bring their control system expertise into a fast-paced, team-driven environment. If you have programming experience with control systems — especially RTI or Pro Control — and you're ready to trade field work for a stable, rewarding tech support role, we want to hear from you.
Here's what you’ll get to do:
Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote sessions for RTI and Pro Control products.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and programming issues for dealers and installers.
Assist integrators with control system configuration and deployment.
Review and analyze programming files (Integration Designer APEX, Pro Control Studio, etc.) to resolve complex system issues.
Document and escalate bugs or recurring issues to engineering as needed.
Participate in internal product training and stay current with new releases.
Represent the RTI/Pro Control brand with professionalism and product expertise.
This is what we’re looking for:
MUST HAVE: Prior experience programming control systems.
PREFERRED: RTI Integration Designer (APEX or classic) or Pro Control Studio experience.
2+ years in technical support or fieldwork within the A/V integration industry.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Comfort working with Windows-based software, IP networking, and AV signal flow.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented with a passion for solving problems and helping others succeed.

Hours/Pay:
- Full-time, Mondays through Fridays
- Shifts range between 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST
- Market competitive hourly wage depending on experience
