Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Sales: Handle incoming inquiries with urgency and professionalism, qualifying and converting warm leads to maximize every opportunity.
  • Outbound Sales: Proactively prospect, cold call, and reach out to potential clients to generate new pipeline and drive aggressive revenue growth.
  • B2B Sales: Engage business clients and partners, communicating value propositions tailored to organizational needs and building long-term partnerships.
  • B2C Sales: Connect with individual consumers, guiding them through their buying/selling journey with a consultative, client-first approach.
  • Achieve & Exceed Sales Goals: Drive energetic sales efforts that consistently surpass revenue targets.
  • Qualify, Track & Follow Up on Leads: Manage the full sales funnel — track, nurture, and convert prospects through consistent, timely follow-up.
  • Problem Solver: Identify client pain points, offer tailored solutions, and overcome objections to close deals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and business partners to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Identify and implement ways to streamline and improve the sales process for greater efficiency.
  • Market Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to continuously refine your approach.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members to hit collective sales objectives.
  • Technology & CRM Management: Leverage social media, sales automation tools, and our CRM to manage activity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inbound and outbound sales (B2B and B2C preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a competitive drive to exceed targets.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems and sales automation tools.
