- Develop tailored solutions by combining your mechanical understanding with innovative thinking
- Lead product presentations, on-site evaluations, and customer demos
- Work closely with internal teams (engineering, production, marketing) to drive each lead through to completion
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling value propositions
- Deliver consistent, accurate reporting and sales forecasting
- Help shape go-to-market strategies through customer feedback and competitive insights
We're Excited About You Because…
- 3+ years in sales engineering, technical sales, or applications engineering
- Strong mechanical aptitude—you love how things work and how to make them better
- Proven ability to think critically and creatively under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—you’re confident with customers and credible with engineers
- Experience in a technical sales, engineering, or field support role in manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical sectors
- Self-starter mentality—you don’t wait for instructions, you look for opportunities
- Ability to travel to client sites, trade shows, and industry events
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in capital equipment sales or the manufacturing/processing industries
- Hands-on technical knowledge or a background in mechanical systems
- A sixth sense for identifying opportunities others don’t even know exist
- Comfort with CRMs, sales tools, or CAD systems (but we can teach that, too)
Why Join Us?
- Work with a team that values innovation, initiative, and impact
- Competitive salary of $80,000 - $95,000 (DOE) + commission
- Full benefits package (health, dental, 401k, PTO)
- A voice in shaping customer solutions and company growth
- Opportunity to grow in a company that believes in investing in its people
