Job Description:
As a Sales/Merchandising Associate at RPG Souvenirs, you will be responsible for managing a designated route of retail locations across North Dakota and parts of Montana and Minnesota. Your main duties will include:
- Visiting each location on your route to restock and merchandise to ensure proper product placement
- Building and maintaining relationships with store managers and staff
- Meeting sales targets and driving growth within your assigned route
- Identifying new sales opportunities and working with the team to implement strategies for growth
- Providing excellent customer service and representing RPG Souvenirs in a professional manner
