What You’ll Do

  • Generate new business through cold calls, emails, and in-person client visits
  • Follow up consistently with warm leads and prospects to build your pipeline
  • Present and promote our HVAC products and marketing programs
  • Build lasting relationships with wholesalers, and purchasing managers
  • Collaborate closely with the Branch Manager and internal teams for a seamless customer experience
  • Stay ahead of the curve by tracking HVAC trends, competitive products, and market developments
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client feedback, and order status
  • Submit reports and sales forecasts to management as needed

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of sales experience in the HVAC industry or B2B environment preferred, but not required for the right candidate
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology is a plus
  • Comfortable with cold calling and persistent follow-up
  • Outgoing, professional, and personable
  • Able to handle rejection and bounce back positively
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
