Sales Representative

Pay Range: $55,000–$70,000 base salary (based on experience) + commission

Summary
The successful candidate will be motivated, customer-focused, and capable of building long-term relationships. This role requires strong communication, follow-through, and a working knowledge of construction and building components.

Purpose of Position
The Sales Representative is responsible for developing customer relationships, generating and managing quotes, and coordinating internally to ensure customer expectations are met from quote through delivery.

Essential Functions

• Build and maintain relationships with builders and contractors
• Generate accurate quotes and follow up consistently
• Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams
• Educate customers on Black Tie products and capabilities
• Track quotes, backlog, and customer communications
• Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation

Experience and Education Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience (construction or building materials preferred)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must pass a background check
