Salvage Technician

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Salvage Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for inspecting, dismantling, and recovering usable parts from equipment or vehicles while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming equipment/vehicles for salvageable components
• Safely dismantle and remove parts using hand and power tools
• Sort, tag, and inventory recovered parts
• Dispose of non-reusable materials in accordance with regulations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with loading/unloading and moving materials as needed

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude and basic tool knowledge required
• Previous salvage, automotive, or equipment experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Dependable with a solid work ethic
