• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring Amazing customer service.
• Train and mentor Amazing team members to uphold Scooter's Coffee standards.
• Manage inventory, track sales, and meet financial goals.
• Create an Amazing work environment by fostering teamwork and positivity.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in an Amazing manner.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the coffee industry or retail management is preferred but not required.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Passion for making and serving Amazing coffee.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering an Amazing customer experience.
