Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, blended beverages, teas, and brewed coffee according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Greet every customer with genuine enthusiasm, take accurate orders, and process transactions quickly and correctly.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, including equipment, counters, and customer-facing areas throughout your shift.
- Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs to shift leaders or management.
- Follow food safety, health, and cash-handling procedures at all times.
- Support closing duties such as cleaning equipment, breaking down stations, and preparing the kiosk for the following day.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to manage high-volume periods and keep service fast and friendly.
