What You'll Do
- Prepare espresso-based drinks, blended beverages, teas, and seasonal specialties to recipe and presentation standards.
- Greet every guest with genuine enthusiasm and remember regulars whenever you can.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, handle transactions accurately, and manage a cash drawer.
- Keep the drive-thru and service areas moving quickly during morning and mid-afternoon rushes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace, including equipment, counters, and dining areas.
- Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs to the team.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines at all times.
- Support teammates during peak periods and contribute to a positive, collaborative shift.
