About the Role
As a barista, you are the face of the brand during the busiest hours of the day. You will craft specialty beverages, deliver quick and accurate service, and build the kind of warm, genuine connections that keep customers coming back. Because this location moves at a brisk pace, especially during the morning rush, you will balance speed with consistency and quality in every cup. Weekend shifts are a core part of this schedule, so dependable availability on Saturdays and Sundays is essential.
What You'll Do
- Prepare espresso drinks, blended beverages, brewed coffee, and other menu items to established recipes and quality standards.
- Greet every guest with a positive attitude and provide fast, accurate, friendly service at the register and drive-thru window.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, handle cash and card transactions, and manage orders efficiently during peak volume.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace, including equipment, counters, and customer areas.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines throughout each shift.
- Restock supplies, monitor inventory, and communicate needs to shift leaders.
- Support teammates during rushes and contribute to a smooth, coordinated flow of service.
