As a barista at the Northwest Sioux Falls location, you are the first smile many customers see before work and the friendly face that brightens their afternoon pick-me-up.
What You Will Do
Your mornings and mid-afternoons will be spent crafting high-quality beverages and delivering the kind of fast, warm service that keeps customers coming back day after day. You will balance speed with precision, making sure every drink meets quality standards while the line keeps moving.
- Prepare espresso drinks, blended beverages, brewed coffee, and specialty items to recipe and presentation standards.
- Greet every customer with genuine warmth and take orders accurately at the register and drive-thru window.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card transactions with care and accuracy.
- Keep the workspace clean, stocked, and organized, including machines, counters, and customer-facing areas.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines throughout every shift.
- Restock supplies, rotate inventory, and communicate low-stock needs to the team.
- Work efficiently during peak periods to minimize wait times without sacrificing quality.
- Support teammates by sharing tasks and stepping in where help is needed.

- Previous food service, retail, or barista experience is a plus but not required.
