Are you passionate about maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces? Do you have a green thumb and a love for creating vibrant gardens? Windom Area Health in Windom, MN is seeking a talented Seasonal Groundskeeper/Gardener to help us maintain our grounds and gardens this season.
Location: Windom, MN
Pay range: $16.52 - $21.48/hr *Rates offered will reflect applicable experience.
Windom Area Health is seeking a dependable and motivated Seasonal Groundskeeper to help maintain and enhance our outdoor spaces. This role is responsible for planting, watering, weeding, and general upkeep of landscaping to ensure a clean, welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities include caring for flowers, plants, and shrubs; mowing and trimming as needed; maintaining garden beds and outdoor areas; and assisting with seasonal landscaping projects. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, can work independently, and takes pride in creating beautiful, well-maintained grounds. Previous gardening or landscaping experience is preferred but not required. This position runs May – September and is 20-24 hours per week.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in gardening or landscaping preferred
- Must be 18 or older
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical ability to perform outdoor labor tasks
