The Office of Vital Records is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to provide essential office support to ensure the smooth daily operation of the program. Primary responsibilities include processing online vital record orders, sorting and entering mail, assisting with marriage registration, and providing customer and user service both in person and over the phone. This position also supports general office functions, maintains accurate record processing, and ensures all tasks are completed in accordance with state statutes, rules, and established procedures.

Licenses and Certifications:
A valid driver's license is required to operate state vehicles

  • communicate clear guidance and support to users of the vital records system and services.
