Pay Range: Base Salary + Commission Starting Base Salary: $40,000/year + Generous Tiered Commission Structure Benefits kick in after a 90-day probation period

Hours / Shifts:

  • Full-time position

  • Monday to Friday

  • Expected to maintain a minimum availability of 10 hours per day, 5 days per week, to support client needs and active deals.

  • Willingness to travel regionally to meet clients on-site.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Manage the full sales cycle and act as the main point of contact between your clients, our technicians, and the office staff.

  • Perform site visits, identify security risks, and design the right systems for their specific layout.

  • Build accurate, detailed estimates and project summaries to communicate specific job requirements to the installation team

  • Hunt for new business and consistently follow up on active leads to grow your sales.

  • Keep our CRM updated with accurate records of all quotes, communications, and project notes.

  • Work closely with management on daily operations and other sales-related tasks as needed.

  • B2B sales experience is preferred. A background in low voltage, access control, IT, or IP video is a huge plus.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a strong advantage.

  • Strong work ethic, serious attention to detail, and a real "hunter" mentality. You need to be reliable and ready to hustle.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to secure and support accounts.
