Senior Accountant

WHAT THE COMPANY WILL OFFER YOU:

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Report to the Director of Accounting.

• Manage month-end/year-end close, general ledger, reconciliations, and GAAP-compliant financial reporting.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, manufacturing variance analysis, and cost control.
• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, collections, vendor payments, and reporting.
• Analyze financial results, identify trends, and support budgeting, forecasting, and business decisions.
• Improve accounting processes, internal controls, and ERP systems to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate audits and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial records and compliance.

Job Requirements

BACKGROUND:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or cost accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and inventory management.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and support month-end, year-end, and audit activities.
