Classification: Full time; Exempt
Shift: Monday – Friday, core hours 8:30am-5:00pm
Location: On-site

Job Summary:

The senior applications analyst will strive to exceed customer expectations by providing leadership to the company’s technology platform. This role will be responsible for administration, maintenance, and support of cross functional software platforms. In addition, this position will serve in both a senior technical and analytical role while supporting business process improvement projects and application implementations. You will partake in change management planning to focus on minimizing adverse impacts and maximizing enterprise values.  The senior applications analyst will be responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material. Familiarity with a variety of industry standard concepts, practices, implementation history, and procedures is required.

Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business processes and translate them into NetSuite and other application solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to analysts and support staff, serving as a subject matter expert in NetSuite functionality and best practices.
  • Coordinate application enhancements for existing systems.
  • Work with internal and external teams to improve business processes, with emphasis on effective utilization of the systems, company BPR initiatives, including process-flow analysis and design.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for escalated support issues, troubleshooting complex technical problems and providing timely resolution to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
  • Setting up and customizing NetSuite modules such as financials, inventory management, CRM, and e-commerce to align with business processes.
  • Participate in projects as team member or leader.
  • Provide technical advice on risk analysis and change control issues.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement, leveraging new NetSuite features and functionalities to improve business processes and performance.
  • Other duties as required to support department operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in ERP application analysis, with a focus on NetSuite configuration, customization, and support.
  • Strong understanding of ERP principles and best practices, with specific expertise in NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, Inventory Management, and E-commerce.
  • Proven experience leading successful NetSuite implementations and integrations in a complex business environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • NetSuite certification(s) preferred.
  • Experience with other ERP systems and/or programming languages (e.g., SuiteScript) is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $51,700.00 - $77,500.00 DOE. Silencer Central offers a competitive total compensation package that includes:
