About the Role
This position will play a key role in writing and implementing multi-channel (traditional, digital and social) copy and content for external and internal marketing and social campaigns. This role supports PREMIER Corporate Communications by writing content for the company intranet and developing and producing internal and external communications and strategies. This role will also provide support for corporate events and programs as needed. A strong background in both technical and creative writing is a must.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Contribute to the development of cohesive marketing campaigns by writing copy and assisting with visual concepts for internal and external campaigns that align with First PREMIER Bank's business objectives and marketing goals.
- Support PREMIER's Corporate Communications by writing and producing content including Executive Leadership communications, press releases and simple videos.
- Help develop posting strategies and provide content for the company's intranet.
- Develop content strategy and copy for First PREMIER Bank's paid and organic social media. May include some photography and simple video production.
Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to creatively and technically write for various platforms and executives.
- Experience with internal and social video shooting and editing ideal.
- Project and time management skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a high degree of organization and accuracy.
- Self-directed with strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of work.
- Understand and effectively use standard Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud software packages. Knowledge of basic graphic design is also a plus.
- Creative thinker with emphasis on teamwork and ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
- Proactive communicator with strong oral and written communication skills.
- More than 7 years of professional marketing experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or any related field is preferred.
- Experience within the financial industry is preferred.
