Description


As Senior Product Manager for SONIFI Health, you will lead all product management functions for the interactive patient engagement products assigned to your portfolio. Marketed to the healthcare sector (e.g. hospitals and health systems), these enterprise solutions are designed to improve patient engagement with critical care plans and elevate the overall healthcare experience. The improved clinical outcomes and operational efficiencies associated with SONIFI Health’s products are contributing to a transformation in healthcare delivery. You will be responsible for full ‘cradle to grave’ product life cycle management of your portfolio. This requires a creative thinker and problem solver with a proven ability to develop product strategies and translate them into successful executions. You will work closely with partners (internal and external) to develop the product roadmap and feature requirements, drive software and hardware releases, support market launches, and continuously manage and optimize each product throughout its life.


Key Responsibilities



  • Assess product opportunities and validate decisions with clients and users.

  • Define, test and prove what product features are to be prioritized and built.

  • Define MVP features sets, write user stories and acceptance criteria, define KPIs, own and prioritize feature backlog, and triage bugs and issues to iteratively deliver, launch, and measure the success of each release.

  • Create and manage the product roadmap for your portfolio, ensuring the development team is always working on the highest priorities.

  • Identify opportunities for new features and develop business and product plans with success metrics to make the case for investment.

  • Support the team in designing platform functionality, reviewing design documents and architecture, and participating in technical discussions.

  • Build trusted relationships, supported by great communication skills and mutual respect, with the engineering, testing and project management teams to ensure a successful and well-coordinated development process.

  • Support product releases through presentations and authoring of customer release notes and documentation in conjunction with other team members.

  • Support market launches by working closely with the marketing communications team, ensuring key selling propositions and all relevant information is portrayed accurately and aligned with your product strategy.

  • Attend and present at customer meetings, internal company functions, and healthcare conferences to aid business development.

  • Work with the company’s Sales and Operations teams to:

    • Create a comprehensive vision and annual sales strategy, focused on gross margin and profitability.

    • Continually gather and analyze market data and industry trends within healthcare vertical.

    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape.

    • Create and refine value messaging for your portfolio products.



REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications, Experience & Requirements
• 5+ years of product management experience required; healthcare software/medical device experience preferred
• 3+ years of direct customer interfacing product experience required
• Must have experience managing a product from ideation to commercialization with sustained post-market support and ownership
• Familiarity with software and web development processes required.
• Experience establishing goals and metrics to measure effectiveness after product releases; monitor & report on progress
• Strong team skills, both as a leader of a product team but also working on cross functional teams to get the best results for the company and the clients we serve
• Ability to converse fluently with engineers about technology as well as executives, the sales team and customers about business needs and objectives
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Analytical professional who operates using data
• Problem solving aptitude; strong critical thinking skills and creativity
• Self-motivated, with a passion for success
• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
