What You'll Learn:

  • Advanced commercial underwriting and credit analysis
  • Complex risk assessment and exception-based lending
  • Cross-functional collaboration across ECG's lending operations
  • Strategies for balancing portfolio quality with business growth
  • Continuous improvement within a growing fintech organization

Why Join Us:

  • Challenging Work: Evaluate complex commercial lending opportunities
  • Growth Potential: Continue developing your underwriting expertise
  • Team Environment: Collaborative, fast-paced, and execution-focused
  • Consistency: Monday–Friday schedule with predictable hours

  • Working in banking, lending, or financial services
  • Collaborating across departments to support funding decisions

You'll Thrive in This Role If You Are:

  • Analytical and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable making independent decisions
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • A strong communicator and collaborative partner
  • Committed to accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement

Work Environment:

  • In-office role based in Sioux Falls, SD or Sandy, UT
