Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food orders to customers.
- Upsell menu items and beverages to maximize sales and enhance the dining experience for customers.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the dining area.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi task effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
