SERVICE ADVISOR

Graham Automotive Group is looking for a motivated Service Advisor to join our growing Volkswagen, Audi, and Volvo team. We believe our success depends on the quality of our people and the relationships we build with our customers.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the customer experience from check-in to vehicle delivery. Communication, accountability, and customer satisfaction are essential to success in this role.

Job Responsibilities

As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service team. You will be responsible for identifying customer concerns, recommending maintenance and repairs, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring customers remain informed throughout the repair process.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally
  • Obtain accurate customer and vehicle information
  • Clearly document vehicle concerns and symptoms
  • Review vehicle history and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage, and manufacturer recommendations
  • Prepare accurate estimates for labor and parts
  • Review technician inspections, photos, and recommendations with customers
  • Provide regular updates throughout the repair process
  • Follow up daily on vehicles delayed by diagnosis, parts availability, or extended repairs
  • Monitor vehicle progress and maintain realistic completion times
  • Coordinate with technicians, dispatch, and parts personnel
  • Ensure all completed repairs and charges are fully explained at delivery
  • Close repair orders accurately and promptly
  • Maintain strong CSI and customer retention performance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous automotive service advisor experience
  • Dealership experience
  • Experience with Volkswagen, Audi, Volvo, or other import brands
  • Experience with digital vehicle inspections and customer communication platforms
  • Knowledge of automotive maintenance schedules and repair processes

  • Daily updates are provided when repairs are delayed
  • Repair orders are documented accurately and closed promptly
  • Inspections and recommendations are reviewed with every customer
  • Strong CSI performance and positive customer feedback

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday
  • Rotating Saturdays
  • 8-hour shifts

Work Location: In Person
