Manley Tire and Oil Service is looking for a skilled Service Advisor to join our team! We are a family-owned shop serving our community since 1979. We take pride in honest work, quality service, and treating customers right.

- Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns. 
- Explain repair needs and technician findings in plain language.
- Write repair orders and prepare cost estimates.
- Review repairs and costs with customers.
- Get customer approval before work begins.
- Work with technicians and parts staff to keep jobs moving.
- Track repair progress and keep customers informed.
- Recommend needed repairs and maintenance.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service.

Job Requirements

- 2–3 years of related experience in the auto industry.
- Good knowledge of basic vehicle systems and repairs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good planning and project management skills.
- Ability to stay organized and meet tight deadlines.
- Comfortable discussing repairs, costs, and service options.
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.

SCHEDULE
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM–5:00 PM

COMPENSATION
$80,000–$100,000 per year, based on experience.
