We are a well-established wealth management firm seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Service Financial Advisor to join our growing team. This individual will work in close partnership with the Founder/Lead Financial Advisor as well as the Director of Operations and play a critical role as the bridge between our client-facing team and in-house operations.
The Service Financial Advisor is integral to delivering an exceptional client experience—supporting financial planning efforts, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution and follow-up. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, values service excellence, and is eager to grow within a respected advisory practice.

Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Relationship Management
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a high-touch, responsive service experience
• Engage heavily in client interactions, including resolving service issues, handling rollover calls, and building strong rapport
• Assist clients in understanding products, plans, and next steps as needed
• Address client concerns promptly with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset
• Act as secondary chair in client meetings, managing administrative follow-up and service items
Financial Planning & Advisory Support
• Support the Advisor in developing comprehensive financial plans
• Prepare materials and documentation for client meetings
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, financial plans, and investment decisions
Compliance & Industry Knowledge
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations, industry standards, and firm policies
• Stay informed on financial products, investment options, market trends, and competitive landscape
• Continuously build knowledge to provide thoughtful insights and support to clients and advisors

Qualifications
• 1-3+ years of experience in wealth management is preferred but not required. Training and mentorship will be provided to support growth in the role.
• Series 6, Series 63, and State Life & Health licenses (or ability to obtain within first 3 months). Series 7 & 65 are recommended for more career advancement opportunities within the firm.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and professional presence
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Customer-service mindset and comfort with frequent client interaction
Preferred
• Solid understanding of financial products and planning concepts
• Interest in advising across the full balance sheet, including investments, cash management, qualified plans, real estate, credit, and alternatives
• Working knowledge of tax considerations, including tax thresholds, account types, and strategies for managing tax exposure
• Strong understanding of financial markets and a continuous desire to learn
• CFP®, CFA® or progress toward a professional designation is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: $65,000-80,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
• Performance-based bonus structure
