Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range:
$24.00 – $31.00 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
- Service and maintain all trucks, cranes, and installation equipment on a regular basis. Maintain all hand tools and equipment.
- Keep truck properly stocked with the correct materials and equipment for normal maintenance, construction, and service of signs.
- Possess or train to achieve knowledge of proper operation and safety procedures for trucks, cranes, tools, equipment, and service/repair techniques.
- Replace LED lamps, power supplies, transformers, neon units, wiring, etc., on signs in the field.
- Participate in the construction and installation of all types of signs.
- Maintain proper inventory level of all service, installation, and construction materials to avoid production bottlenecks.
- Keep accurate inventory records of all materials on trucks.
- Comply with PPE requirements including steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, ear plugs, gloves, safety harnesses, and hard hats.
- Perform all duties according to company quality control standards and complete tasks within goal time.
- Carry out instructions from supervisor and complete within goal time.
- Keep accurate time and record materials used on work orders.
Qualifications
- CDL preferred — company will assist the right candidate with obtaining certification.
- One year of on-the-job service or installation experience preferred, but not required — training provided.
- Crane operation knowledge of lifting capacities and safe lifting angles; certification if/when required.
- Welding and electrical knowledge/ability is a plus.
