Service Manager
WHAT THE COMPANY WILL OFFER YOU:
- $100,000 - $120,000
- Benefits Package: Health, Dental, Vision, Life. Family Plans Available.
THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Supervise a team of 2-5 electricians in 2 locations in Eastern South Dakota.
- Report to Division Manager
- Cost estimates and schedule work in a timely manner.
- Identify potential clients by staying informed about growth of business in the surrounding area.
- Ensure work is completed safely and efficiently while following standard procedures and lean processes.
Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
• Must have a Journeyman License.
• Associate’s Degree or 2 Year Degree, or 2 Years Related Experience.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs, climb ladders, wear PPE, work at elevated heights.
• Ability to work long days if necessary.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
