Service Technician – Watertown, South Dakota

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Service Technician to join our team in Watertown, South Dakota. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment

• Diagnose mechanical or technical issues and determine effective solutions

• Install and service equipment at customer locations as needed

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation

• Communicate clearly with customers and team members

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical, electrical, or technical experience preferred

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

• Valid driver’s license required

• Good communication and customer service skills
