We are looking for a Service Technician that will provide repairs and service work by installing, troubleshooting, and repairing mobile medical imaging equipment.
Location: Office-based role located on-site at our Sioux Falls location, 109 S Petro Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57107
Essential Duties
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of medical equipment and other mobile medical trailer devices according to company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory.
- Test equipment functionality and perform preventative maintenance as scheduled.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus
- Strong knowledge of maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
