• Prepare and stage finished goods for shipment
  
  
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and shipping paperwork
  
  
• Load trailers safely and efficiently
  
  
• Generate and process shipping documents in the ERP system
  
  
• Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality
  
  
• Coordinate with production and supervisors to meet daily shipping deadlines
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  
  

• Manufacturing or shipping experience preferred
  
  
• Ability to read work orders and shipping documents
  
  
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic math (including fractions)
  
  
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, gauges, etc.)
  
  
• Forklift experience or ability to obtain certification
  
  
• Basic computer skills
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
  
  
• Dependable and team-oriented
