Salary: $58,000–$75,000, depending on experience

Panther Premier Print is seeking an experienced, hands-on Sign Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our sign and vehicle graphics department.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven production leader who enjoys developing employees, improving workflow and seeing high-quality projects come to life. You will supervise a team of 2–4 production and installation employees while coordinating schedules, managing resources and ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently and to Panther’s quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach and develop sign production and installation employees.

• Schedule daily production, vehicle graphic installations and field installation crews.

• Monitor timelines and adjust workloads to meet customer deadlines.

• Track labor hours, production time and job costs to improve efficiency and profitability.

• Maintain quality standards for flatbed printing, roll-to-roll graphics, vehicle wraps, signage and finishing.

• Coordinate materials, equipment and installation logistics.

• Promote safety, cross-training and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and Operations to ensure smooth project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Compensation and Opportunity

The salary range for this position is $58,000–$75,000, based on experience, technical expertise and leadership capabilities.

A performance-based incentive opportunity may also be available based on departmental goals such as on-time delivery, production efficiency, job-costing accuracy, rework reduction, quality and safety.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

Supervisory experience in sign production, wide-format printing, vehicle graphics or a related manufacturing environment.

A strong understanding of production scheduling, workflow management and job costing.

Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience with vehicle wraps, sign fabrication or installation coordination is highly preferred.
