Join Our Team as a SOC Coordinator!
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team at Southeastern Directions for Life in Sioux Falls, SD as our SOC Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of our System of Care (SOC) program, which aims to provide comprehensive and integrated mental health services to children and families in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the implementation and ongoing management of the SOC program
- Collaborate with community partners to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Provide supervision and support to SOC team members
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for clients
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Ensure compliance with all program requirements and regulations
- Participate in program evaluation and quality improvement activities
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in social work, Counseling psychology, or a related field. CSW or NCE preferred.
- Previous experience working with children and families in a mental health setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of SOC principles and best practices
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
