Sous Chef
The Country Club of Sioux Falls is seeking a creative, motivated, energetic and dependable individual to be our Sous Chef
Duties include:
- Management, training and professional development of kitchen staff
- Assure a high standard of appearance and cleanliness of culinary facilities
- Asisst executive chef and sous chef in daily duties
- Maintain the consistency in food quality, plate presentation and timing
- Manage within budgetary guidelines
- Assit with monthly inventories, hiring, scheduling and menu development
- Health and safety code compliance
- Opening and closing of kitchen
- Assist with banquet functions
- Help control labor and food costs
- Maintains professional appearance
- Nights, weekends and holidays are required
- Ability to work 8+ hour shift
Experience in Kitchen Management is preferred. Flexible hours are required. Must be a team player and possess excellent communication skills and extreme energy.
Salary Range dependant on experience.
