We're looking for a leader with killer cooking skills and stellar time management!
As the right-hand of the Chef, the Sous Chef is one of the most essential roles in the kitchen. This role is part of setting, training, and maintaining the standards of food, safety, and employment experience established by WR Hospitality.
Duties include:
- working hands-on with staff, cooking in the kitchen daily
- monitoring and controlling labor costs daily
- Assist the Kitchen Manager/Chef in maintaining a well-trained and efficient staff
- Assist in organizing/controlling how food is stored and prepared
Success in our kitchen will result in a kitchen staff that delivers quality, timely food to ensure that all guests are satisfied and that company goals are being met.
