Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
Lead and support the kitchen team during service
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
Help with menu execution, prep, and specials
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
Assist with ordering, inventory, and minimizing waste
Train and mentor kitchen staff as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong line cook ready to advance
Solid knowledge of kitchen operations and cooking techniques
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Passion for food, teamwork, and continuous improvement
