Special Education Transition Teacher - Teachwell Strive

Job Description

Teachwell Solutions is seeking a talented teacher to provide Special Education transition services at Teachwell Strive, a unique partnership with Southeast Technical College, beginning in August. The person hired will provide case management, academic supports, and career advisement to students who are pursuing careers requiring post-secondary training.  This position requires a valid South Dakota Teaching Certificate in K-12 Special Education. Experience working with disabled young adults providing transition services preferred.
