Job Description

LifeScape is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic therapy team! 

We are looking for a person that will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing individual therapy programs for children, birth - 21, with special needs, in our inpatient/outpatient therapy area in Sioux Falls.

Measures of performance for this position include regulatory chart audits and reviews, safety record, timeliness, accuracy, feedback from people served, peer feedback and client goal attainment.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.  Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligible to enter Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), and eligible for a South Dakota Speech-Language Pathology license.  Valid South Dakota driver’s license and clean driving record required.  Prior Speech Therapy experience with pediatric population preferred.  May be asked to complete Professional Crisis Management (PCM) training.
