Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking skilled customer service professionals to join an industry leading organization that focuses on maintaining a positive work culture and healthy work life balance. Successful candidates will responsible for providing world-class customer service while resolving customer inquiries.

  1. Maintain company product knowledge and effectively explain product offerings and processes to clients.
  2. Document conversations with clients regarding service results.
  3. Maintain a good relationship with current and prospective clients.
  4. Assist in other duties as requested to maintain productivity.

POSITIONS PROVIDE:

  1. Schedule: 9 AM to 6 PM, M-F, with a few nights until 9 PM per month
  2. Compensation: $15 to $16.50 hr.
  3. Benefits: Yes
Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Experience: 3 years’ successful call center, with advanced responsibilities required
2. Education: High School diploma or GED, College or Technical school preferred
3. Skills: Organization, computer, mathematical, analytical and written and verbal communication
4. Attributes: Positive, desire to provide excellent customer service
6. Tests: Skills, background, and drug (at time of interview)
