Sr Process Engineer
Our client is looking for a leader for this role who is responsible for overseeing and enhancing quality management systems across manufacturing and operational functions.

- $85,000 -$105,000 + 7% Bonus

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Reports to Senior Manager of Engineer
- 1 Direct Report
- Serve as the technical leader for critical manufacturing and operational processes, driving standardization, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple facilities.
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide best practices that improve efficiency, quality, consistency, and long-term operational performance.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to evaluate, integrate, and optimize emerging technologies, automation solutions, and advanced manufacturing methods.
- Analyze complex operational challenges, identify root causes, and implement scalable solutions that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve process capability.
- Establish performance measurement frameworks and key operating metrics to support data-driven decision-making and alignment across locations.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to engineering and operations teams, serving as a trusted resource for process improvement and strategic initiatives.
- Influence organizational change by building consensus, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and driving adoption of standardized practices across diverse operating environments.
Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
• M+UST HAVE Sheet Metal Experience
• 5+ Experience in Process Engineering within the Manufacturing Industry.
• Experience in Multi-Site Capital Deployment.
• Team Player
• Excellent Communication Skills
